"I enjoy teaching the learners and working alongside my co-workers. Every day is different!"
I joined the army in 2012 at 17 years of age. I served for 6 years in the Rifles. I completed my AAPTI course and served as a Regimental PTI for 4 years alongside normal soldiering.
When I left the Army I knew health and fitness was the journey I wanted to go on so I started running my own fitness class.
I have an NVQ in personal training and gym instructing. My passion is always to help others. It gives me satisfaction to see my fitness clients achieve their goals.
I spend the majority of my spare time keeping myself fit at the gym. Before Covid hit I had a plan to compete in weightlifting.
After joining the military Kyle quickly decided he wanted to achieve more, and push him self at every opportunity. With that thought in mind he joined a specialist regiment that required him to pass the army parachute selection course, and then qualify for his British parachute wings.
In Kyle's Military career, he achieved the Rank of Lance Bombardier and did numerous exercises in England and abroad.
After leaving the military, Kyle trained to become a Project Support officer with an ICT consultancy company. While he enjoyed this job he quickly began to realise that it was not the role/job he wanted. Kyle then began to train as a Personal Trainer, whilst also working for DHL supply chain.
